Olympics 2012 Overall Final Medal Tally - Philippines Standing!

Here's the final update of London Olympics 2012 standing and medal tally with the Philippine Team updates as of August 14, 2012.


UPDATES FOR PHILIPPINES OLYMPIC TEAM: All Filipino athletes namely, Mark Javier, Rachel Cabral, Rene Herrrera, Marestella Torres, Mark Barriga, Daniel Caluag, Tomohiko Hoshina, Brian Rosario, Jessie Khing Lacuna, Jasmine Alkhaldi, and Hidilyn Diazwere failed to bag at least a medal in the London Olympics 2012 since Mansueto "Onyok" Velasco took home the silver medal at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta. But congratulations to the 11 Filipino athletes who did their best even if their best were not good enough. Welcome home.

The Philippines Team has no medal coveted yet, and is more expected not to earn some medals as the most promising Filipino Olympic athlete Mark Barriga fell into the round 16 in boxing.

The USA now is the number one and leading top gun for overall medal tally as of August 7, 2012 where China downed to second spot. And for now, the Philippines Team has no meda. All 11 Filipino Athletes of Philippine Olympic Team has failed to bag at least a medal.
